Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on assigned equipment, including cleaning and lubrication, per manufacturer recommendations
Conduct thorough equipment inspections, perform minor repairs, and report discrepancies
Carry out vehicle and equipment repairs as assigned
Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to order parts and document parts and labor used
Assist with moving, unloading, verifying, and properly storing products
Load trucks efficiently to minimize customer and shipment wait times
Clean all equipment and vehicles daily to maintain a professional appearance
Assist in product conversion, equipment operation, and site clean-up as directed
Maintain assigned work areas and common areas (control rooms, washrooms, etc.)
Organize storage of equipment, vehicles, and materials for accessibility throughout the pit mining area
Help ensure compliance with MSHA and OSHA regulations, including first aid provisions, fall hazard management, and fire extinguisher placement
