Piping and Mechanical Foreman
About The Position
At RDR, we have a strong focus on growth and recruitment and employ only the best local talent within our region. RDR is seeking to round out our piping and mechanical division. There will be consistent travel out of state. Currently seeking Foreman for various projects across West Virginia, Southern Pennsylvania, and Eastern Ohio. Job Summary: Foremen will report directly to their RDR supervisor. When operating equipment must be willing to assist with labor work when needed. Able to work outside in varying weather conditions. Able to lift - up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods of time, walk, squat, crouch. Able to work up to and at times greater than 12 hour days Communicate effectively with Project Superintendent and Project Managers Keep safety as a top priority with a focus on efficiency and production with job costs in mind. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience with mechanical steel piping installation.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Foreman preferred.
- Highly seeking those comfortable working on steep terrain and winching experience preferred.
