About The Position

A Calibration Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, precision, and reliability of our customers’ laboratory equipment. This position performs on-site and in-lab service, with all work and documentation completed in accordance with established procedures to ensure precision, reliability, and repeatability. Technicians contribute to a culture of quality, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Organized and detail-oriented
Strong follow-through and reliability
Great communication and people skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Docs
Mechanically inclined and comfortable with small tools
Able to think analytically and troubleshoot issues independently

Nice To Haves

Lab experience a plus

Responsibilities

Drive to customer labs and perform onsite pipette service, repair, and calibration
Use precision tools and follow strict quality standards
Communicate with lab staff and provide exceptional service
Work independently in the field while maintaining a strong team mindset
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and consistent communication
Document results and maintain accurate records
Lift up to 20lbs and walk moderate distances between parking and lab sites
