About The Position

The Pipe line Superintendent is responsible for managing the direction of pipeline transport projects. They envision the planning, route selection, the management of resources, and the daily operations. They develop long term vision safeguarding efficiency of the infrastructure.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of company safety procedures and practices
• Ability to manage projects efficiently, safely, and productively.
• Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand, interpret and communicate company policies and procedures .
• Read and interpret plans and specifications .
• Ability to work under extreme environmental and weather conditions.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Basic Bachelor's degree in management or related field
• 3 + years of pipeline/facilities project management experience.
• Experience scheduling, ordering, field supervision, and quality control on a pipeline/facilities project.
• Experience in managing multiple projects.

Nice To Haves

• 10 + years of instrumentation and electrical installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager daily.
• Maintain good relations with client field representatives.
• Field calls from client representatives.
• Coordinate general condition resources.
• Manage job productivity, quality, and safety.
• Track all change orders and report to Project Manager
• Organize job sites productively.
• Subcontractor coordination
• Execute/coordinate all quality control.
• Perform/coordinate hydrotesting.
• Laborer performance reporting and disciplinary of personnel .
• Submit one calls .
• Coordinate work package development priorities with Field Engineer .
• Attend high risk events daily.
• Must always comply with all company safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
