Requirements

  • 3+ years of revenue operations or similar experience in SaaS, B2B, travel tech, or high-growth environments.
  • Experience with user analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.), CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and data integration workflows.
  • Proven success in designing and scaling operational processes that impact conversion, activation, and expansion.
  • Analytical mindset with passion for experimental design and funnel optimization.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills, able to bridge strategy and execution across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using GTM/Growth Engineering tools with emphasis on AI and automation.
  • Experience in blended PLG/SLG models.

Responsibilities

  • Design and iterate onboarding and activation processes that efficiently convert leads into engaged users, ensuring rapid time-to-value and long-term platform engagement.
  • Develop segmentation strategies, identify upsell/cross-sell moments, collaborate on PLG efforts, and deploy targeted workflows in partnership with Account Managers and Sales to unlock growth within our existing customer base.
  • Oversee campaign systems and nurture flows that acquire new customers, coordinating cross-team activities to attract, qualify, and win high-potential accounts.
  • Build and refine data-driven models for identifying and prioritizing high-fit prospects, leveraging behavioral and product usage signals to guide nurturing efforts.
  • Lead operational A/B and cohort experiments across the pipeline, analyzing user journeys and refining funnel stages to improve conversion, retention, and expansion metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other Revenue Operations teams to synchronize go-to-market strategies, integrate PLG activities, and ensure platform growth is holistic and measurable.
  • Construct robust dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track onboarding velocity, expansion revenue, new logo acquisition, and pipeline health, providing actionable recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
  • Champion automation initiatives and optimize growth tech stacks (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, segmentation tools) for streamlined, repeatable revenue processes.
