Our service area covers Big Spring, Midland, Odessa, Pecos, New Mexico, and the surrounding area. Keep reading to learn how you can get started in this rewarding entry-level role. In this entry-level position, you'll be traveling to various outdoor properties (ROW's, Fields, Facility pads, Compressor stations, etc.) and using special equipment to detect and mark underground utility lines. You'll walk around the space and use EM locators and other tools to identify the locations of pipes and cables. Once you've done this, you'll accurately mark spots to help the excavation team avoid the underground lines. Attention to detail and accuracy are vital as you complete job reports, follow safety and color codes, and help other workers stay safe on the job!
