E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. (E2) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage high-pressure pipeline integrity evaluation projects. This role is critical in coordinating all phases of the integrity evaluation process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for handling project approvals, defining project scope, managing timelines, estimating costs, and documenting tasks. Additionally, the PM will provide guidance to contractors, vendors, and teams involved in the projects, ensuring that all activities align with the company's commitment to safety, innovation, and excellence. The Project Manager will initiate project work order approvals and manage the coordination of all activities leading to the completion of assessment projects. This includes defining project specifications based on project needs, overseeing the execution and proper documentation of tasks throughout the integrity evaluation process, and evaluating regulatory impacts and requirements. The PM will ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while also attending meetings with internal stakeholders to report on project status and findings from assessments. Collaboration with schedulers to keep Operations teams updated on the status of the assessment project is also a key responsibility. This position requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deliverables at all levels of the business structure. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience in a regulated utility industry, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant project and field experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams is essential, as well as the ability to develop and deliver presentations to various levels of stakeholders. The PM must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively within a team environment.
