About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Pipefitting Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial piping installations across major DFW projects. This leader will manage field crews, drive schedule execution, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Requirements

• 10+ years of pipefitting experience, including supervisory roles.
• Strong background in commercial and industrial piping systems.
• Proven experience managing crews of 15-30+ fitters.
• Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and piping schematics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• High commitment to safety and quality.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with large-scale DFW projects preferred (schools, hospitals, data centers, industrial).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pipefitting crews on commercial, healthcare, education, data center, and industrial projects.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to hit project milestones.
• Interpret drawings, isometrics, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
• Oversee fabrication, layout, installation, and testing of piping systems.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and uphold company and site safety requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, GCs, and trade partners to resolve field issues.
• Track progress, productivity, change orders, and daily reporting.
• Mentor apprentices and journeymen; manage performance and crew assignments.
