About The Position

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter, with a focus on outdoor work.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of various piping materials, tools, and techniques.

• Welding and cutting skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation and Maintenance: Construct, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems according to specifications and codes.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of piping systems.
• Material Preparation: Select appropriate materials, such as pipes, fittings, and fixtures, and ensure their proper preparation and assembly.
• Welding and Cutting: Perform welding, brazing, soldering, and cutting tasks to connect pipes and related components.
• Inspection and Testing: Conduct tests and inspections to ensure systems meet safety and quality standards.
• Repair and Troubleshooting: Identify and repair malfunctions in pipelines, such as leaks or blockages, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Adherence to Safety Standards: Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and procedures, especially when working in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions.
