About The Position
The Leadman provides leadership, instruction, and guidance to other craft workers in the work crew, assisting the Foreman while working in the capacity of a journeyman. The role involves laying out, fabricating, assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems, pipe supports, fixtures, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water fixtures, and equipment for heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and production and processing systems.
