We’re looking for an experienced Pipe & Wire Supervisor for our Machine Tool Integration & Installation team to lead the layout, installation, and modification of electrical wiring and pneumatic/hydraulic piping for advanced manufacturing systems. In this critical role, you’ll oversee system-level planning, establish component lists, and coordinate material procurement with the Plant Manager and Supply Chain. You’ll supervise electricians, pipefitters, and contractors, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. From troubleshooting complex systems to managing manpower and developing procedures, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things electrical and fluid power. Requirements

  • 7+ years as a Senior Pipefitter or Senior Electrician, Journeyman’s card or Technical Certification preferred.
  • 3+ years as a supervisor or team leader is preferred.
  • Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements.
  • Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Weld systems knowledge is a plus.
