Requirements
- Proven experience performing 6G pipe welding
- Ability to pass a 6G MIG & Flux Core weld test on 2” pipe
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
- Experience with spool welding and pipe fabrication
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to quality
Responsibilities
- Perform 6G welding on pipe using MIG and Flux Core processes
- Complete spool fabrication, fitting, and welding per project requirements
- Weld various pipe materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloys
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensure all welds meet or exceed quality, strength, and integrity standards
- Use additional welding processes such as TIG or Stick as required by the job
