Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Own basic PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves) and hand tools
• Prior experience in underground utilities or commercial construction preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates welcome

Responsibilities

• Install underground utilities including storm drain, sanitary sewer, and water lines
• Trench, lay pipe, connect fittings, and backfill per project specifications
• Assist with mass site grading and earthwork on a large commercial development
• Load, move, and stage materials and equipment throughout the jobsite
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Support skilled trades and keep the site clean, safe, and productive
• Perform general labor tasks as directed by site supervisors
