Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts with overtime available. Day shifts, some projects may require evening shift. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the installation of chilled water piping systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and shop drawings.
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and submittals.
  • Ability to lay out and create simple drawings for prefab.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Plans, assigns, and schedules pipe-fitting jobs based on priorities and the availability of resources.
  • Planning 3 weeks ahead, ordering materials, equipment, supplies and coordinates (inspects, counts, & stores) site deliveries.
  • Ensures the training and performance of staff in work and safety procedures and provides ongoing evaluations.
  • Ensures there is always a supervisory presence to oversee and assume responsibility for all work activities and attend all job site meetings.
  • Ensures clear, constant, and consistent communication takes place between the field and office.
