About The Position
NSC Staffing is seeking Pipefitters with 2-5 years of experience for an exciting project in Norfolk, Virginia. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced journeymen to work on marine piping systems and contribute to significant ship repair and modernization projects. We want to hear from you if you have pipefitting and marine systems expertise! As a Pipefitter Journeyman, you will be responsible for the layout, fabrication, installation, repair, and testing of various marine piping systems such as Auxiliary Salt Water, Fire Main, Potable Water, Hydraulic, Compressed Air, Fuel Oil, Lube Oil, and Engine Exhaust systems. You will work according to specifications, NAVSEA/Military standards, and other regulatory standards like ABS and Military Sealift Command.
