PIPE FITTER HELPER (FULL TIME)

Summary: Assists with the day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and smooth operation of the building and campus. Requirements
- Trade work licenses or certifications required.
- Driver's license.
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
- Help secure pipes, valves, hangers, and fittings during assembly or installation.
- Assist experienced pipe fitters with the layout, preparation, and installation of piping systems.
- Assist other skilled trades (e.g., sheet metal, insulation, welding, plumbing) as needed to support project workflow.
- Support the layout and organization of materials on-site and help maneuver completed assemblies into place.
- Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Notifies managers about the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
