About The Position

Oversee 2nd shift PIO installation process and employees, including payroll, attendance and disciplinary actions. Ensure production goals are achieved for the department.

Requirements

HS Diploma/G.E.D.
1 Year of Direct Experience Required
1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Required
Effectively conduct meetings and other required sessions for communication of production, quality and safety requirements
Ensure timeliness completion and quality of work performed by PIO Employees
Oversee, order and ensure accountability of tools and appropriate materials
Perform periodic audits to ensure installation are effectively performed
Ensure proper documentation is completed on each install according to customer specifications and quality standards
Maintain attendance recording
Knowledge of automotive installations, installed options
Ensure employees are following Glovis' policies and procedures

Maintain accurate production reporting for each installer
Maintain accurate training reports for each installer
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audit reporting as required
Required to walk his/her production area to ensure safety and best practices are being followed
