The InRiver PIM Lead will lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver PIM (InRiver) solutions using best practices. This role involves drafting design documents and technical specifications for the overall business solution, defining technical specifications for workflows and business rules, and guiding the definition and implementation of data governance methods, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls, and rules. The lead will prepare detailed design documents for data migration, PIM Data Load sheets, and Data Load Templates. Additionally, the role includes configuring, building, and unit testing software platform components, integrating PIM/DAM, and leading solution design, development/configuration, testing, jobs, and debugging. Training client personnel for solution adoption and transfer of ownership is also a key responsibility. The lead will consult with clients on best practices for data migration, integration, and deployment, and will own overall solution delivery across tracks including planning, requirements and design, implementation, training and business adoption, and change management. The position also involves training and mentoring colleagues in PIM implementation activities and best practices, supporting integration, system, and user acceptance testing, and contributing to the organization in the design and development of frameworks, tools, and accelerators that enhance the ability of technology team members and the organization. Effort estimating and assisting in project planning for different phases, as well as participating in pre-sales by providing solutions and driving technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders, are also part of the role.

  • Experience in implementing, Integrating & managing Product Information Management systems using InRiver/STIBO PIM product.
  • Leadership experience in designing and implementing PIM solutions.
  • Experience in creating end-to-end specifications for PIM solutions.
  • Knowledgeable in normalized database concepts and proficient in data integration mapping, development, and support.
  • Experience in managing large scale product information along with digital assets in multiple dimensions like language, country, and business segments.
  • Expert technical skills in software development (Java and/or JavaScript), data and database design, SQL, XML, Linux and Web services.
  • Strong technical leadership and hands-on development experience.
  • Good communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and listening) and mentoring skills.
