About The Position

Candidate will operate Company aircraft, which currently consists of two Citation C-510 jets, including service, flight planning, weather analysis, passenger assistance, and communication with management and passengers. Will work directly for the Chief Pilot. Normal workday is determined by the Chief Pilot based on work required and accepted industry wide standards and practices for corporate pilots. The position requires overnight trips and short-notice callouts. Candidates must live within 45 minutes of Rancocas, NJ. Operations are conducted from Company-owned airport.

Requirements

  • FAA Commercial Certificate with a multi-engine and instrument rating.
  • 2,000 hours minimum flight time (military applicants do not use a conversion factor).
  • 500 hours minimum multi-engine time.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Must be able to satisfactorily complete the Indel Services, LLC hiring process requirements which includes a comprehensive assessment, drug testing, and a background check.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to traverse the building and runway
  • Must be able to see with 20/20 vision (with or without corrective lenses), have normal field of vision, have good perception, and distinguish between colors.
  • Must be able to hear, distinguish between pitches, and maintain equilibrium
  • Must maintain a neat business-like appearance
  • Must have valid US Passport and driver’s license.
  • Must be able to travel on short notice by public transportation including (i.e.: aircrafts, trains, bus, cars) domestically and internationally.

Nice To Haves

  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate preferred.
  • Jet aircraft or turbine aircraft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Company aircraft as directed by the Chief Pilot.
  • Adhere to Indel Flight Operations Manual guidance.
  • Maintain current FAA Class II medical, FAA pilot certificate.
  • Maintain night and instrument currencies.
  • Perform preflight inspection, refueling, aircraft movement/tug operation, file flight plan, and obtain ATC clearance.
  • Accomplish trip planning to include calculating weight and balance, performance data, weather analysis, fuel load and fuel stops, and will coordinate with destination FBO.
  • Assist passengers in obtaining transportation if required and provide accurate information for each flight leg.
  • Perform post flight inspections, aircraft servicing, and aircraft cleaning, and accomplish required paperwork.
  • Perform support duties to include runway maintenance, hangar maintenance/cleaning, aircraft cleaning and washing, and aircraft servicing (stocking food and water).
  • Assist maintenance personnel in performing required work as needed.
  • Review the Company daily security guard report, correct discrepancies in reporting and procedures, update the Security Guard Operating Manual, and act as a liaison between security monitors and individual company representatives.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
