About the position

The Pilot Second in Command for the G450 Float Program at Executive Jet Management is responsible for ensuring the safety and service of passengers during flights. This homebased position requires proficiency in cabin systems and emergency procedures, and the individual will report to the Chief Pilot and the assigned Pilot in Command (PIC) for all flight-related duties.

Responsibilities

  • Perform pilot duties in accordance with the Company GOM, FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, and Flight Manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program and report any safety or quality issues.
  • Maintain the aircraft interior post-flight, including cleaning and reporting discrepancies to the PIC.
  • Arrange and obtain catering and cabin items for flights as required by the Flight Operations Center.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Coordinate work schedules and changes with the Chief Pilot.
  • Log and report flight and duty times accurately.
  • Maintain and provide the Flight Operations Training Department with a copy of the First Class Medical Certificate.

Requirements

  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification or meet the requirements for FAA-ATP or Restricted ATP certificate with multi-engine rating.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 1,500 hours total flight time experience (2,500 hours preferred).
  • 200 hours cross-country flight time.
  • 250 hours fixed-wing PIC time.
  • 100 hours of night flying or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.
  • 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated).
  • Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
