We are seeking a hands-on Pilot Plant Technician to support the scale-up and production of our Just Egg products at our Alameda headquarters. This is a contract position with an immediate start date and strong potential to convert to a full-time, long-term role. As a key member of the Pilot Plant Production Team, you will support daily operations by executing processing steps, maintaining equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that drive innovation in our plant-based egg production.
