About The Position

Executive Jet Management, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, is currently looking for qualified candidates to operate an Embraer Legacy 600 aircraft based in Miami, FL. This position involves a multiple pilot rotation supported by a Cabin Attendant, under part 135 operations. Although the aircraft is based in Miami, the crew members are HOMEBASED and have the option to commute to the aircraft. Candidates with an EMB 145 type rating and those residing near a major airport with various flight options will be given preference. In this role, you will be supporting an aircraft owner with a passion for aviation. Frequent destinations include NY, Miami, Teterboro, Aspen and Scottsdale, with some international operations to the Caribbean and Canada. The Pilot in Command (PIC) is ultimately responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft. The PIC must adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements while providing an outstanding service experience.
