We're seeking a Pilates Reformer Instructor to lead our fitness classes. As our new Pilates Reformer instructor you must be enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines. You should be confident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others. This role requires you to be a professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio. You will attract and retain members by consistently providing excellent customer service and safe, fun and effective classroom experiences. Additionally, you will participate in meetings with Pilates Reformers instructors at Retro Fitness toward member retention and revenue goals. Maintaining a clean studio space is essential, which includes returning the area to a condition of cleanliness and respecting teachers and members that share the space. You must have the availability to work a flexible schedule and teach multiple classes per week, which may include weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events. Lastly, you must be able to sell, upsell, and resell Pilates packages.
