About The Position

Riser Fitness is currently hiring Pilates Instructors for both full-time and part-time positions at our 4S Ranch location. We offer competitive pay ranging from $40.00 to $55.00 per class, with the potential for more depending on experience. Our compensation structure includes base pay for group classes, incentives based on client attendance, and additional bonus opportunities. As part of our five-star rated team, you will join one of the largest multi-unit developers of the Club Pilates franchise system, which has over 80 locations and is committed to further expansion in the U.S. and Mexico. Club Pilates is an internationally recognized brand dedicated to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community, with over 1000 locations worldwide.

Requirements

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (minimum education to include Mat and Reformer).
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities.
• Professional and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates.
• Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of Pilates equipment during each class, ensuring a safe yet creative group experience.
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safety, providing modifications and progressions for clients with injuries and/or limitations.
• Stay up to date with and implement Club Pilates education standards at all times.
• Develop and create class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging pursuant to Club Pilates standards.
• Provide Pilates instruction for Intro classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private training as scheduled.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
