About The Position

We're seeking a Pilates Group Exercise Specialist to join our team. As our new Pilates Group Exercise Specialist you will: Be enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines. Be confident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others. Be a professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• One year of experience actively leading successful Pilates private sessions and group classes on apparatus equipment (preferred).
• Current nationally accredited Pilates certification (e.g. BASI, PMA, Balance Body, Peak Pilates).
• Trained and licensed to teach instructors' teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Core Align).
• Current CPR/AED certification, and maintaining it throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver new, fresh and innovative Pilates routines for group exercise classes.
• Report on-time with a positive attitude.
• Motivate others during classes.
• Collaborate and lead flexibly in and out of the studio.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
