About The Position

Riser Fitness is currently hiring Pilates Instructors for Oceanside, offering both full-time and part-time positions. The pay ranges from $40.00 to $55.00 per class, depending on experience, with negotiable rates for qualified talent. Instructors will receive base pay for group classes, with additional incentives based on client attendance and bonus opportunities. Riser Fitness is a prominent multi-unit developer of the Club Pilates franchise system, with over 80 locations and plans for further expansion in the U.S. and Mexico. Club Pilates is dedicated to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community, boasting over 1000 locations worldwide and millions of workouts delivered annually.

Requirements

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (minimum education to include Mat and Reformer).
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities.
• Professional and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates.
• Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of Pilates equipment during each class, ensuring a safe yet creative group experience.
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safety, providing modifications and progressions for clients with injuries and/or limitations.
• Stay up to date with and implement Club Pilates education standards at all times.
• Develop and create class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging pursuant to Club Pilates standards.
• Provide Pilates instruction for Intro classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private training as scheduled.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
