Requirements

Previous experience as a fitness class instructor, preferably in a gym or fitness center setting.
Certification in group fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA) preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all fitness levels.
Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule to accommodate class times.
Comfortable using technology, including operational software and apps.
Must have the ability to work as a contractor and provide services beyond those included in the gym facility by W-4 employees.

Responsibilities

Lead fitness classes (scheduling can be flexible).
Provide exceptional instruction and motivation to participants during each class.
Ensure all classes are entered into our operational software and phone app accurately.
Record the outcomes of each class, including attendance and any relevant metrics.
Process all payments owed for classes through our company's POS software, ABC Financial.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to maintain a cohesive class schedule and atmosphere.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
