Purpose This position is responsible for the management of production activities and team members. Ensure production performance levels are met and standards are being followed in accordance with established procedures. Provide an environment of continuous improvement to production processes that result in advances in safety, quality, delivery, productivity and reduced costs. Support production supervisors in continual improvement by acting as a resource in applying and ultimately teaching problem solving skills and meeting facilitation skills by using established management control and production communication tools.
