About The Position
The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Nurse Fellowship at Children's National Hospital is designed for experienced acute care registered nurses transitioning from other specialties. This full-time program, commencing on March 17, 2025, includes comprehensive training through unit-based orientation and specialized tracks in acute and critical care. The fellowship aims to enhance the professional development of nurse residents while providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in a 47-bed PICU, which serves as a regional referral center and Level I Trauma Center.
