Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pleasant, friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Familiar with roads, highways, and interstates within the Madison County area
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Unrestricted driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
  • Ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds several times during each shift

Responsibilities

  • Maintain friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor
  • Operate company and guest owned vehicles for pickup and delivery
  • Drive vehicle to the destination by ensuring that right speed limit is adhered to
  • Always obey traffic laws
  • Use good judgment and safe driving skills
  • Complete vehicle safety checks per company policy and operate vehicle within safety guidelines
  • Immediately report any safety concerns to the Service Manager
  • Assist guests in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner
  • Communicate with guests and dealership team members via text and phone calls
  • Must not use the text feature while driving
  • Establish and maintain rapport with guests, remaining aware of, and addressing their need
  • Work closely with Service Lane team to resolve guest concerns or issues
  • Assess guests’ needs, prioritize, and coordinate efficient routes for deliveries and pickups
