About The Position
The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a friendly and motivated Pickleball/Tennis ShopAttendant to join our team in Longboat Key, FL. As a Pickleball/Tennis Shop Attendant, you will assist guests with their raquet sports needs, and ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all players. The Resort at Longboat Key Club is a luxury resort located in the beautiful coastal area of Longboat Key, FL. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and memorable experiences to our guests. Our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere where both guests and employees can thrive.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of pickleball/tennis rules and procedures preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Weekends and Holidays required.
- Clean driving record to be able to use club golf cart

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with pickleball court reservations and equipment rentals.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the area.
- Provide information on pickleball rules, schedules, and club events.
- Monitor court usage to ensure fair play and adherence to club policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Support other resort & club staff as needed to enhance guest/member satisfaction.
