About The Position
The Club at Prairie Stone looking for a Pickleball Instructor to join our fitness team! Responsibilities: Lead & Teach: Conduct private lessons, group clinics, and "Intro to Pickleball" workshops for all ages. Build Community: Opportunity to organize round-robins, ladder leagues, and social mixers. Technical Skills: Break down mechanics (serves, dinks, resets, and court positioning) into easy-to-understand tips. Ambassador: Keep the energy high, ensure court safety, and represent our club with a pro-level attitude. QualificationsQualifications: Skills: A strong playing ability (3.5+ DUPR preferred) and a deep understanding of the USAPA rulebook. You’re a "people person." You can handle a group of excited beginners with a smile, as well as serious players looking to advance their game skills. Experience: Prior coaching experience is a huge plus, but if you’re a natural teacher with a high Pickleball IQ, let’s talk. Certification: PPR or IPTPA certification (or similar) is preferred, or a willingness to get certified within 90 days.
