The Picking Clerk plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, complete, and on-time shipments. This position is responsible for selecting inventory, verifying part accuracy, processing orders in our system, and preparing shipments in accordance with company standards for safety, security, and productivity. No experience necessary. Our objective is to hire, train, and retain! Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy
• Verify part numbers and descriptions using company software
• Ensure completeness and correctness of all orders filled
• Adhere to special customer requirements and instructions
• Accurately count large quantities of parts
• Label parts properly for shipment
• Obtain and stage parts in an organized manner
• Process picked orders efficiently in the company software
• Notate all required information on internal paperwork
• Follow product tracking protocols to maintain traceability
• Report quality variances or discrepancies promptly
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety
• Follow all department and company safety policies and procedures
• Use pallet jacks to move inventory safely
• Ship orders when needed
• Assist other departments as needed to support workflow
• Complete additional warehouse tasks as assigned
