About The Position
As a Picker, you will play a crucial role in the efficiency of our warehouse operations by accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that products are picked in a timely manner, adhering to quality standards and inventory accuracy. You will utilize various tools and equipment, including RF scanners and pallet jacks, to facilitate the order picking process. This position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. Ultimately, your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking environment.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems.
- Certification for operating stand-up forklifts.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer specifications and inventory requirements.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks to transport products within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
