About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Picker to join our high-performing 1300 department is role is well-suited for individuals with forklift and/or warehouse experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced team environment. You will use a standing forklift to pick and stage cabinet parts for assembly, following pick instructions provided on a handheld device. This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork to ensure materials are delivered correctly and production stays on schedule. In addition to forklift operation, you will assist with inventory, material organization, and general department support. Who You Are You’re a motivated Picker with experience safely picking, moving, and organizing materials in a warehouse or production environment. You’re comfortable operating a standing forklift, following pick instructions on a tablet, and working through aisles with accuracy and attention to detail. Safety is a top priority for you, and you take pride in delivering the right parts to the right place at the right time. What You’ll Do Follow pick instructions on a tablet to accurately select materials from designated bays. Safely operate a standing forklift to pick and transport cabinet parts throughout the facility. Deliver picked parts to the assembly team to support smooth and efficient production flow. Safely load picked parts into the cart attached to your forklift, ensuring materials are secure and handled with care. Maintain accuracy while meeting daily and weekly picking goals. Maintain your equipment and work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist with inventory tracking, material organization, and staging of parts. Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value team members who think critically and take ownership. Requirements

Comfortable operating standing forklifts and other material handling equipment.
