About The Position
We are seeking reliable Pickers & Packers who are also willing to perform general labor duties in a busy warehouse setting. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a strong team environment.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Comfortable with manual labor and standing for long periods
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Previous warehouse experience is required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned (sorting, staging, loading, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
