About The Position
Key Responsibilities Perform light assembly of parts and components Pick and verify customer orders accurately Pack products securely for shipment according to company standards Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed Label packages and prepare orders for outgoing shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company procedures related to quality, safety, and shipping accuracy Qualifications & Requirements Must live close to the Milford, MI facility Strong attendance and punctuality are required Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Basic math and counting skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights Previous experience in packing, assembly, or shipping is a plus, but not required Work Environment Warehouse and shipping department setting Light assembly and packing work Team-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage: $16.00–$18.00 per hour Full-time schedule (40 hours per week) Stable employment with consistent hours
Requirements
