About The Position
We are urgently hiring experienced Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. This position requires accuracy, speed, and attention to detail while using RF scanners to fulfill and prepare orders for shipment.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of recent, stable, and verifiable experience in order picking/packing
- Experience using RF scanners required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
- Steel-toe boots required
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Attendance is critical – no attendance issues will be tolerated
- Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using an RF scanner
- Verify items and quantities to ensure order accuracy
- Prepare products for shipment (labeling, wrapping, staging)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards
