About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker / Packer / Put-Away Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking orders, packing products for shipment, and properly putting away inventory to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or inventory experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs throughout the shift
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately based on pick tickets or handheld scanners
• Pack orders securely and label shipments correctly
• Put away incoming inventory in designated storage locations
• Verify items and quantities to ensure order accuracy
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety rules and company procedures
• Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervision
