About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Carefully pick oranges from designated storage bins or orchards, ensuring only quality fruit is picked and removing any that do not meet quality standards.
• Stack boxes of oranges onto pallets according to company standards, ensuring all pallets are stable, labeled, and organized for easy shipment.
• Use proper lifting techniques to handle heavy loads and avoid injury.
• Inspect fruit and packaging for defects or damage before palletizing and report any issues or discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
• Keep the picking and palletizing areas clean and organized, following all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
