Collectively the group employs more than 800 people across its offices in the UK, Europe, and the USA. Mi Hub US is headquartered in Jeffersonville, IN.

Requirements

Attention to Detail: Accuracy is crucial for filling orders correctly.
Physical Stamina: The ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
Organizational Skills: Efficiently locating and retrieving items from storage.
Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with inventory management systems and other software.
Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving issues with orders.
Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating effectively with other employees.
Reading and Math Skills: Proficiency in reading instructions and performing basic calculations.

Responsibilities

Order Processing: Reading and understanding customer orders to identify the specific items to be filled.
Picking and Packing: Locating items from shelves or storage areas, gathering them, and securely packing them for shipping.
Shipping and Handling: Preparing shipments, labeling packages, and adhering to shipping procedures.
Quality Control: Verifying the accuracy of orders and ensuring items are packaged properly to prevent damage during transit.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other warehouse staff to maintain a smooth workflow and efficient order processing.
Safety: Following safety procedures and using equipment appropriately.
Communication: Communicating with customer service or other teams regarding any order issues or discrepancies.
