A Picker II assists in departments by performing a variety of duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Lead Person and/or Manager.

  • Manages pick ticket orders.
  • Pulls warehouse items from correct locations based on number, Item Number, quantity, and quality requirements.
  • Ensures that orders are accurate.
  • Stages items correctly for delivery.
  • Meets picking quota of 160 cases per hour.
  • Monitors accuracy and efficiency daily/weekly.
  • Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.
  • Performs tasks as described and assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.
  • Keeps pace with work area and team.
  • Works as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Communicates well with other team members.
  • Assists other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager.
  • Follows company's GMP's, SOP's, Rules and Policies.
  • Follows written and oral instructions.
  • Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Keeps work area clean.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma or GED
