About The Position
As a Pick Up Team Member at Meijer, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling customers' online curbside orders, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This position is designed to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing remarkable service at the curbside pick-up area. You will be responsible for fast, friendly, and accurate order fulfillment, as well as payment collection. Your interactions with customers will be vital, as you will maintain a positive working relationship with them, your team members, and leadership. In this role, you will greet each customer, take payment for their orders, and ensure that their shopping experience is easy and enjoyable. You will also be tasked with resolving customer complaints quickly, often by contacting leadership when necessary. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include receiving workflow from the dashboard, fulfilling orders, and utilizing the selection process for products within the store. You will need to bag products appropriately, following established bagging standards, and store products correctly in the staging area while adhering to food safety guidelines.
