Pick Pack Supervisor
About The Position
We are seeking a hands-on, performance-driven Pick & Pack Supervisor to lead a lean, fast-paced fulfillment team. This role requires a strong leader who understands productivity, accountability, and process discipline — and knows how to drive measurable improvements in pick/pack efficiency across multiple customer types. If you’ve only managed a single-product operation, this may not be the role for you. We need someone experienced in handling diverse SKUs, varied order profiles, varied SLAs, and multiple client expectations — simultaneously. This role requires someone who can combine structure and accountability with approachability and strong communication. You must be able to connect, motivate, and develop — while holding high standards. We manage the full process in our facilities — from concept and sourcing to production, packaging, warehousing, and fulfillment. Our brand marketers work with one team and one point of contact while we handle the operational complexity behind the scenes. By keeping everything under one roof, we deliver greater efficiency, consistency, and accountability from start to finish.
Requirements
- 5+ years fulfillment or warehouse leadership experience
- Proven success improving pick/pack efficiency in multi-client or multi-SKU environments
- Experience managing diverse order profiles (e-commerce, bulk, kitting, etc.)
- Ability to clearly articulate prior team KPIs, targets, and how you achieved them
- Experience operating in a lean team structure
- Bilingual — fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Strong WMS experience and RF scanner literacy
- Excel skills (formulas, productivity tracking)
- Demonstrated ability to use data to manage labor planning and performance

- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Responsibilities
- Lead daily pick/pack operations with a focus on throughput, accuracy, and labor efficiency
- Drive KPI performance and confidently speak to results (lines per hour, OT %, error rate, SLA adherence)
- Build and maintain a culture of accountability in a lean labor environment
- Balance labor to volume — no padding, no unnecessary overtime
- Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements
- Ensure strict WMS and scan compliance
- Partner cross-functionally with CX, Shipping & Receiving, and Material Movement.
- Coach team leads and associates to hit and exceed measurable targets
- Spend the majority of your shift visible and engaged with the team
- Address issues in real time — not after the fact
- Provide immediate coaching and performance feedback
- Model urgency, professionalism, and accountability
