About The Position

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pick/Pack Associates for a warehouse facility in Johnstown, Ohio. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency. Associates will be responsible for picking customer orders, packing products securely, and preparing shipments for distribution.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products using order sheets or RF scanners
• Pack items safely and efficiently to prevent damage
• Label and stage completed shipments for outbound delivery
• Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with cycle counts and general warehouse duties as assigned
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
