About The Position
We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pick/Pack Associates for a warehouse facility in Johnstown, Ohio. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency. Associates will be responsible for picking customer orders, packing products securely, and preparing shipments for distribution.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs consistently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Basic math and counting skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products using order sheets or RF scanners
- Pack items safely and efficiently to prevent damage
- Label and stage completed shipments for outbound delivery
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with cycle counts and general warehouse duties as assigned
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
