About The Position

Come make some dough with us. At Jimmy John's, we bake bread all day, every day because stale bread isn't bread, it's... croutons and making dough with us just makes sense. The Person In Charge assists the Managers in functions of a Jimmy John's restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives with moderate supervision.
• Skills to use a personal computer and various software packages (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervises food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assists inshoppers to ensure the maintenance of restaurant efficiency.
• Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
• Completes Opening or Closing Procedures.
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness.
• Performs other related duties as required.
