This is a 1099 contract position for a Piano Instructor. The role involves providing state-of-the-art and relevant instruction to members, contributing to their class/program goals. Instructors are expected to teach beginners through advanced learners, provide individual and group guidelines, critique performance, and develop and evaluate programs. The position requires maintaining open communication with program managers and a professional demeanor with all stakeholders. A key aspect is to develop and instruct fun, energetic, and highly motivational classes for all ages and skill levels, including designing instructional programs, preparing lesson plans, demonstrating techniques, and managing classrooms. The instructor must be able to speak and communicate effectively before groups and create a safe, fun, and enjoyable learning environment. The ultimate goal of spiritual, emotional, and physical regeneration of all people is to be represented and infused in all programs and operations.
