About The Position

Build Confidence. Lead Growth. Teach Music That Matters. Minnesota School of Music is hiring professional music instructors who want more than a teaching gig — they want to be part of a structured, student-centered faculty. We are a locally owned, fast-growing community music school serving Blaine-area families since 2013. Our instructors mentor students, prepare them for the stage, and contribute to a culture focused on long-term development. What Makes Teaching Here Different Unlike contractor-based studios, our teachers are W-2 employees with stable schedules, administrative support, and a clear instructional framework. That means: No chasing payments No scheduling logistics No marketing responsibilities No room rentals You teach. We handle the rest. Our full-time front office manages scheduling, billing, enrollment, parent communication, and recital production — allowing instructors to stay focused on teaching and student outcomes. Minnesota School of Music is looking for motivated, professional music teachers to join the team at our fast-growing Blaine location. More than just a music school, we are a passionate team of mentors committed to empowering youth through personalized, parent-inclusive music lessons. As a MnSOM employee, you'll enjoy building value into the lives of kids and teens by sharing your love of music. Plus, you'll receive great benefits like paid training, paid sick time, and full schedules.
