About The Position
The PIA Service and Retention Manager is responsible for managing and directing the activities of a Regional Operations team within the Health & Benefits division of the Paychex Insurance Agency. This role involves overseeing a book of business that generates over $3 million in annual revenue, ensuring client retention, onboarding new clients, and expanding revenue through product line penetration. The manager will also supervise staff, maintain compliance with regulations, and foster relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to provide optimal service to clients.
